Nebraska Extension Beef Systems will present a mineral nutrition event entitled “Making Mineral Supplementation Decisions with Confidence” on Monday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Prairie Winds Community Center in Bridgeport.
Determining the right mineral program can be challenging. This program will aid livestock producers in making more informed mineral supplementation decisions that fit their operation.
The program will provide practical information on evaluating mineral needs, and producers are asked to bring their mineral tags. Information will also include understanding factors that influence mineral availability and identifying cost-effective supplementation strategies
The educational event will provide insights into how livestock producers can maximize their return on investment.
